I have had the pleasure, and pain, of training with Jeanette for the past several years. When I started with her, I made sure she knew to "Never underestimate how uncoordinated I can be". In addition, I have some shoulder and knee issues and needed a trainer that would understand the periodic limitations and yet still plan workouts to push me forward. She has a tremendous awareness of how the body works.  Jeanette is extremely attentive and pays very close attention to my movements.
 I trust her as she pushes me past what I thought I could do while never being afraid of injury. There is nothing we do that she has not tried, struggled with and then mastered. Her ability to adapt sessions with weight training, flexibility drills, and heart rate challenges have help me become more fit and well-rounded than I have ever been before.My best advice for new clients, Skip the wine the night before your workout, drink lots of water the day you see her and plan a rest day following it.

I am 68 and have been training with Jeanette Magnoli for about 10 years. She is an amazing trainer. She has helped me enhance my mobility and strength. As the osteoarthritis in my hip was getting worse, Jeanette adapted exercises to help me stay strong. 
After my hip replacement surgery, she worked with me to regain strength, mobility, and flexibility. Jeanette is very knowledgeable about the human body and is also very 'body intuitive'. She is creative in finding exercises that work on specific muscle groups and she watches you like a hawk and cues you to ensure good form.  I have learned a lot from Jeanette about how to exercise. An added bonus is that she has a great sense of humour and makes training fun. I highly recommend her.

From first meeting eight years ago, I found that Jeannette Magnoli is a fitness educator, having achieved accreditation in many modalities to fit her clients' needs. During this pandemic, she immediately brought her skills to both online classes and individual sessions, turning the stay-home rule into an opportunity for expanding the ways to help clients.
